The minimum deposit amount is ₱1 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Jili69 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Jili69 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside of jili69's control.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Jili69 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Jili69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, the volume of pending requests, and any additional verification requirements. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take additional processing time.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Jili69 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments and to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification procedures.
